Planned Maintenance

We are responsible for maintaining the structure and the exterior of your home and internal services and amenities to a standard as set out by the Decent Homes Standard.

Each year we provide a programme of planned maintenance improvements. Improvements include kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, rainwater goods, windows, external doors, heating systems, electrics and external decoration.

The programme is managed using a cyclical ‘life cycle’ model and is planned ahead over many years. When your home is scheduled for any planned improvements, we will contact you directly.

Planned Maintenance is carried out by Templer HomeBuild, using specialist contractors where required.
