We want to make paying your rent as easy and convenient as possible.
There are many ways to make payments for rent or other services.

Ways to Pay
Direct Debit
This is the easiest way to pay. You can set up a Direct Debit for any date and frequency that suits you. Call our Customer First team on 01626 322722 (option 2). It takes less than 5 minutes to set up and gives you peace of mind that your rent will always be paid.
Recurring card payments
If you don’t want a Direct Debit in case there is no money in your account and you’ll get a charge from the bank, recurring card payments are for you. You can set them up for any date and frequency that suits you. Payment will be taken from your debit card automatically, and if there are no funds to cover it, there is no charge to you.
Online Payment
This is safe and secure via allpay. You will need your account reference number to make the payment. The reference is on your most recent rent statement, in your My Teign online account, or you can call our Customer First Team on 01626 322722 (option 2).

Download the free allpay app from the Apple App store or Google Play store and pay your rent on the go.
You will need to register using your account reference number.
Payment card
We can send you a rent payment swipe card, which you can use to pay your rent at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet. Visit the PayPoint website to find your nearest store.

Telephone
You can call our Customer First Team on 01626 322722 (option 2) to make a payment using a debit or credit card.
Alternatively, you can call the allpay automated payment line on 0330 041 6497.
Standing Order
If you wish to make regular or one-off payments from your bank without setting up a direct debit or recurring payment, you can use the following bank details. Please include your account number as a reference. The reference is on your most recent rent statement, in your My Teign online account, or you can call our Customer First Team on 01626 322722 (option 2).
